COVID-19 Update from Pugh's Service

Dear Customers,

Last week, we wrote updating you on the new measures we are taking to protect you and our employees from the spread of COVID-19, the Novel Coronavirus. Those new measures include wearing rubber gloves when working on or operating customer equipment.

There are other measures taken, such as sanitizing the inside of your vehicle before and after the work is completed, by wiping down the all touch surfaces (steering wheel, gearshift, and door handles).

However, with the news of the shutdown of all essential businesses, we have had to change again. All previous measures are still in place, however, our front office is now closed to all foot traffic.

As an essential business,
WE ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS. If you would like to schedule an appointment for your vehicle or lawn mower, we ask that you call in with your information including an e-mail address. We need the e-mail address to send you invoices and estimates.

We are also offering FREE pick-up and drop-off to all automotive customers. This is to ensure that you do not have to leave your home any more than necessary. Once work is complete on your vehicle, we will call you with the final bill and can take your payment over the phone.

For our small engine customers, we are offering HALF-PRICED pick-up and delivery.

We want you to know that we will be there for you in this time of hardship. Please remember that we are open, and ready to help.
